Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how DERSECUR INTERNATIONAL FZE LLC ("DerSecur", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use DerOS Mobile.

DerOS Mobile is a secure client for authorized users of the DerSecur Commercial Engine platform.

This policy applies only to DerOS Mobile (Android package: online.dersecur.deros.mobile). The website Privacy Policy at dersecur.com/legal/privacy covers the public DerSecur website.

Information we collect

When you use DerOS Mobile, we may process:

Account and contact information: email address, name, user role, organization identifiers, and other profile fields provided by your Commercial Engine account.
Authentication data: login credentials you enter and session cookies or tokens used to keep you signed in.
App content and activity: licenses, materials, notifications, and other business data retrieved from Commercial Engine according to your role and permissions.
Files you choose to upload or share: for example, when you select a file from your device for supported in-app actions.
Device permissions: optional biometric authentication (for example fingerprint or face unlock) to unlock the app after sign-in. Biometric data is processed locally by your device operating system and is not transmitted to DerSecur.

We do not use DerOS Mobile for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking.

How we use information

We use information to:

authenticate you and maintain your session;
provide role-based access to Commercial Engine features;
deliver notifications and in-app alerts you are entitled to receive;
enable downloads, sharing, and document-related actions you initiate;
protect the service against unauthorized access and abuse;
comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance and legitimate interest to provide the app, maintain your account relationship, and protect the service. Where required, we rely on your consent for optional features such as biometric unlock.

Where data is processed

Server-side processing: DerOS Mobile communicates with DerSecur Commercial Engine at https://commercial.dersecur.online.

On-device storage: session and preference data may be stored locally using secure device storage (for example, encrypted storage on Android).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only:

with service providers that host and operate Commercial Engine infrastructure, under contractual safeguards;
when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
within your organization according to your account role and permissions.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account relationship, and meet legal or audit requirements. Local app data is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app, subject to platform behavior.

Security

We use HTTPS for data in transit and platform secure storage for sensitive on-device data. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact company@dersecur.com or your organization administrator.

You can disable biometric unlock in app settings at any time.

Children

DerOS Mobile is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
